Year 4 Class Teacher

Academics are currently supporting a partnership primary school (located in Stoke-on-Trent) that are now looking for an experienced Year 4 Teacher for the summer term (April 2026-July 2026).

Our partnership school is known for evolving independence for all of their learners and they have an encouraging attitude towards learning. Their curriculum is recognised as wide-ranging, allowing learners to absorb as much as they possibly can.

To be considered for this particular teaching role you MUST:

Have UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) and excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.

Be able to hold full class responsibilities and to be able to plan and deliver engaging lesson.

Be experienced and have strong behaviour management skills.

Promote happiness, self-reliance and to be able to encourage and motivate positive interactions.

Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service, or you will be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).Please be aware for our long term opportunities you will be paid according to your teacher pay grade.
