Location: Welsh-medium secondary schools across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan & Caerphilly

Start Date: Immediate

Working Pattern: Flexible - work as many or as few days as suit you

Salary: Dependent on experience

About the role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You won't be expected to plan or mark work, but will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain engaged and on task in a safe, supportive environment.

Requirements:

Fluent Welsh speaker - essential

Completed or currently completing an undergraduate degree

Some experience working with children or young people (e.g. in schools, youth clubs, coaching, volunteering, etc.)

Enhanced DBS check - or willingness to obtain one

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) - or willingness to register

Ideally have access to your own vehicle - to make travelling between schools easier
