Are you passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience — but don’t yet have QTS? Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Teachers to work across a variety of secondary and primary schools in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

This is the perfect opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or career changers wanting to explore the education sector before completing teacher training.

The Role As A Unqualified Teacher:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes in primary or secondary settings

Manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

Adapt quickly to new schools and classrooms

Support pupils’ learning and development

Requirements As A Unqualified Teacher:

A degree OR relevant classroom/childcare experience

Confidence in delivering lessons (support provided)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willingness to apply)
