What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 in the absence of teaching staff

Supporting students' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day

Managing behaviour and helping to maintain a focused learning environment

Working with teaching staff to ensure consistency and continuity

Developing your classroom confidence in a real school setting

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

Have experience working with young people in any setting (education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)

Are confident leading a class and promoting engagement

Can communicate clearly and adapt to different situations

Are dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to help students thrive

May be considering a future career in teaching or education
