Unqualified Teacher - Wembley (Route to QTS)

Location: Wembley, North West London

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £110-£125 per day (PAYE)

Contract: Full-time, Long-term

SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to partner with a large, inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Wembley to recruit an ambitious Unqualified Teacher. This is a rare opportunity for aspiring educators to step into teaching while receiving exceptional training and support on the pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

About the Role:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll take on real classroom responsibility while being closely supported by experienced teachers and senior leaders. You'll gain the experience, skills, and confidence needed to transition into full QTS.

Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 or KS2 (with planning support).

Lead small group and whole-class teaching.

Receive regular mentoring from experienced teachers.

Access structured CPD with a clear route into teacher training.
