The Role:

Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning

Provide care and encouragement to students of all abilities

Requirements:

No formal teaching assistant qualifications required

*

Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

A positive attitude, patience, and good communication skills

Willingness to learn and develop through on-the-job training
