Job Title: Telecommunications Trainer
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP32,000 (rising to GBP35,000 after probation)

The Role
As a Telecommunications Trainer, you ll:
Deliver engaging training to learners on IT & Telecoms Diplomas (Levels 2 and 3). Share your practical knowledge to bring learning to life. Support and guide learners through their training journey. Help build confidence, skills, and readiness for the workplace. Work with a team that values quality, learner success, and your own development. What We re Looking For
Strong hands–on experience in telecoms (fibre, networks, field engineering, or similar). A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience. Passion for developing others and sharing your skills. Good communication and people skills. Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (fully supported by us). Why Join?
