Job

As a Telecommunications Tutor, you’ll be delivering engaging training sessions across Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals, as well as Bootcamps in IT & Telecommunications. You’ll inspire learners, support them through their journey, and use your industry knowledge to bring lessons to life. Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment

* Supporting learners through assignments, projects, and exams

* Encouraging debate, critical thinking, and professional development

* Providing feedback that helps learners grow in confidence and competence

* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted, and company policies

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a Level 3 qualification OR has significant professional experience in telecommunications

* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Is passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting learners

* Is committed to inclusivity and student success

* Is willing to work towards a teaching qualification (no prior teaching experience required – full training will be provided)
