Location: Across Birmingham

Job Type: Flexible Supply (Full-time & Part-time available)

Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across primary and SEN settings?

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting skilled Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a wide range of mainstream primary and specialist SEN schools in Birmingham. If you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are confident adapting to different environments, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Supply TA, youll be working in diverse and rewarding classroom environments, supporting pupils with a range of needs including:

Autism (ASC)

ADHD

Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)

SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)

Moderate to Complex Learning Difficulties

Your role may involve 1:1 support, small group interventions, or general classroom assistance no two days are the same!

Were looking for candidates who:

Have proven experience working with children with SEN, either in mainstream or specialist settings

Are flexible, reliable and confident working on a supply basis across different schools

Understand the importance of safeguarding, positive behaviour strategies, and inclusive learning

Can build rapport quickly with both pupils and staff

Hold a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential if you have strong experience)

Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
