Learning Support Assistant – Exmouth

TeacherActive is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within a welcoming mainstream school in Exmouth from September.

Previous experience supporting children is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for education.

The successful LSA will:

Support pupils individually and in small groups

Assist the class teacher with lessons and activities

Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Support children with a range of learning needs

Demonstrate patience, reliability and adaptability
