Description
Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools, offering both long–term and day–to–day supply opportunities.
These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting children's learning and development and are looking for flexible or ongoing work within a primary school setting.
The role will involve:
Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small–group basis
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with children (school–based experience desirable)
Be reliable, flexible, and proactive
Have a positive and supportive approach to learning
