Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Role at a Friendly Primary School in Longbridge

Location: Longbridge, Birmingham

Role: Teaching Assistant (Full-time)

Are you a passionate, supportive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting?

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Longbridge who are seeking a dedicated TA to join their team immediately after October half-term for a long-term role.

About the Role:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience and school need)

Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive learning

Provide one-to-one and small group support

Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Has experience working in a primary school setting (school-based or placement)

Has a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

Is reliable, committed, and confident supporting learning

Holds a relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred) – or equivalent experience

Has a current DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
