Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs? Do you have the resilience, compassion, and specialist training to support pupils in a nurturing and structured environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We are a specialist SEN school in Oldham, providing outstanding education and care for children aged 4-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties (SLD), and associated behavioural challenges.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who:

? Has Team-Teach certification (essential)? Has experience working with children or young people with complex needs? Can work effectively as part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team? Brings patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every day? Can implement personalised strategies to support emotional regulation and learning

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups, both in and out of the classroom

Assisting with personal care and managing challenging behaviour in line with Team-Teach strategies

Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning and care plans

Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive
