Description

Do you have experience or a keen interest in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A Partington Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team. The rle will be ASAP start on a full time basis.

About the Role:

The school are seeking a caring and committed individual to:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties, including preparing resources and supporting group activities.

Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

What the school are Looking For:

Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting.

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential – training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
