1:1 (SEND/Autism)
SANZA Teaching Agency are currently working with a 1-form entry school with a family feel who are seeking a teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a key stage 2 student with Autism.
The school is located in the London Borough of Newham, conveniently located close to East Ham East (District Line Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line) and Forest Gate (Elizabeth Line).
The ideal teaching assistant for this role will:
Have previous experience as a teaching assistant
Have previous experience working with SEND (Autism) and challenging behaviour
Have a strong ability to build rapport
Be able to enforce routine and boundaries
Be a positive role model
Be fun and engaging and want to get involved with teaching and learning and make a positive contribution all- round
Embrace and celebrate diversity
