Teaching Assistant Immediate start until July 2026 GBP80 - GBP100 per day 2-form entry primary school, Ladywood Ideal for a graduate looking to gain experienceThe Role:You'll work alongside class teachers across KS1 and KS2, delivering short interventions and 1:1 support. You'll help with lesson preparation, guide pupils during tasks, and reinforce literacy and numeracy skills. You'll also assist with pastoral routines, keep simple progress notes, and contribute to a calm, purposeful classroom.The Candidate:You're a graduate who communicates clearly, builds rapport quickly, and stays organised. You can follow guidance, use initiative, and keep expectations consistent. A genuine interest in working with children is essential.Requirements• Degree - A 2:2 or above in any subject.• Communication - Clear, confident verbal and written communication.• Enhanced DBS - Held already or willing to obtain.• Desire to work in education/with children - Evident commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.• Experience working with children - Any relevant experience (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.The School:This 2-form entry primary in Ladywood has a supportive, inclusive culture and strong routines.
