Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across Truro and we're on the lookout for dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our growing team.

Whether you're supporting in a mainstream classroom, working 1:1 with pupils who have additional needs, or assisting in small SEN groups, this is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people across Cornwall.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting teaching and learning in class, small groups, and 1:1

Assisting pupils with SEN, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs

Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their social, emotional, and academic development

Working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure every child thrives

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who are:

Dynamic, reliable, and flexible – every day is different!

Passionate about education and helping children succeed

Confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs

Great communicators and team players

Experience isn't essential – full training and CPD are available
