Right Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Gainsborough. What you can expect:

Day-to-day and short-term placements supporting pupils in class

Work across a range of year groups and subjects (depending on your skills and preferences)

Your role may include:

Providing 1-1 or small group support to pupils

Helping to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment

*

Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN)

*

Assisting with classroom organisation, resources and behaviour management

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children in schools, nurseries or youth settings (paid or voluntary)

*

A proactive, flexible attitude

*

Strong communication skills and a passion for education

*

Commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
