Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers with the planning and delivery of lessonsWork 1:1 with pupils or support small groups to enhance learningFoster a safe, inclusive and engaging environmentHelp prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised spaceSupport children's emotional, behavioural and social developmentCollaborate with teachers, SENCOs and fellow staff

What We're Looking For:
