Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

As a valued TA, you will:

Support pupils’ learning through 1:1, small group, or whole-class activities

Communicate clearly and positively to engage and motivate students

Work closely with class teachers to create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and progress in all areas of school life

Be a calm, positive presence who helps make every day in the classroom run smoothly What We’re Looking For:

Experience (or a strong desire to gain experience) supporting children in a UK school

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

Strong communication and classroom support skills

A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
