ABC Teachers are recruiting for applicants with prior experience working in a childcare setting to work as a Teaching Assistant in full time and part time positions in the Lichfield area.

About the role:

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Gain paid experience to build knowledge of role.

Working with pupils across the primary year groups.

Build relationships with local schools.

To commence from September 2025.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Have prior experience working with children of a primary age in a professional environment.

Ideally have a qualification in childcare or supporting teaching, however, this is not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

Be willing to commit to school working hours 8:30-3:30.

Be able to gain 2 professional references for most recent and most relevant roles.

Have or be willing to obtain a DBS that is registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
