Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Salford

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Pay Rate: £85 to £100 per day dependent on experience

We are looking for committed and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools in the Salford area from September 2025. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential.

Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and activities

Support individual students and small groups with their learning

Assist with classroom behaviour management

Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, youth work, etc.)

Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach

Valid enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

An enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one
