Are you passionate about supporting young people and keen to gain valuable classroom experience? A well-regarded secondary school in Ealing is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 to July 2026.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in education, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and considering future teaching or education careers.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) in helping students reach their potential. You will work with individuals and small groups, assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, and ensuring students remain engaged and supported.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils in lessons across various subjects

Assisting students who require additional learning support or have special educational needs

Working one-to-one or in small groups to boost student progress

Helping prepare classroom resources and activities

Developing your knowledge of the secondary curriculum and classroom management
