Teaching Assistant - Primary (EYFS/KS1)
Bedfordshire
30 hours per week | Monday - Friday, Term Time Only

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant in the Bedfordshire area with experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2? Here at Academics, we're working with friendly and supportive primary schools across Bedfordshire who are currently seeking passionate individuals to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
About the Teaching Assistant Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment. You'll be:
Assisting with daily classroom activities
Supporting child-led and structured learning sessions
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Promoting children's emotional, social, and educational development

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
Previous experience supporting children in a school or early years setting
A caring, calm, and patient approach
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion What's on Offer:
