Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping young children thrive? We're working with a welcoming primary school in West Bromwich who are looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
You'll be supporting children across Year 1 and Year 2 on a long-term basis, helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment where pupils feel confident and supported in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support for the teacher and children in KS1.
Deliver small group interventions in phonics, reading, and maths.
Support pupils' social and emotional development.
Help maintain a calm, positive atmosphere in the classroom.
Assist with classroom prep, displays, and general day-to-day tasks.You Will Need:
Previous experience supporting children in EYFS or KS1 (school or nursery setting).
Confident with early learning strategies including phonics.
A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude.
