SEN Teachers Needed Across Surrey

Location: Surrey

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Term Time Only

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want to make a real difference in a child’s learning journey?

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join welcoming and inclusive primary/secondary schools in Surrey. You’ll be part of a committed team who work together to support pupils with special needs.

About The Role:

Provide close support to children with special needs

Full-time & part-time roles

Working with ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more

Classroom & 1:1 teaching opportunities

Support pupils in developing their academic, emotional, and social skills

Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child can learn and thrive

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

QTS or QTLS (UK-recognised teaching qualification)

Has experience supporting children with autism (school-based experience preferred)

Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong communication skills

Is enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to helping children reach their full potential

Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent), not essential
