Spencer Clarke Group is looking for experienced and empathetic Youth Worker in Rochdale. Daily pay starts at £106 and higher with experience!

We are supporting a SEMH School dedicated to helping students of all ages overcome diverese challenges and reach their potential. This role is full time working weekdays only and with an opportunity to go into a long term role!

We need someone who is:

Experienced in SEMH support, care, or a similar role working with people with a range of Mental, Social and emotional needs

Is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference.

Can effectively manage challenging behaviours and implement de-escalation strategies.
