As a Teaching Assistant (Maths intervention), you will

Deliver targeted maths interventions to small groups and 1:1 studentsSupport pupils in overcoming barriers to learning, both academically and emotionallyWork closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to tailor support strategiesHelp create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for all students As a Teaching Assistant (Maths intervention), you will have:

Experience working with students with SEMH or similar needs (desirable)Confident in supporting maths at KS3 and KS4 levelCalm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and engagementAble to commit full-time, with a strong team ethic and passion for inclusive education As a Teaching Assistant (Maths intervention), we Offer:
