SEN Teaching Assistant - Reception Class

Location: Burnley

Pay: £80 - 95 per day

Veritas Education are seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a Reception class at a primary school in Burnley. This is a temporary role, ideal for someone passionate about early years and inclusive education.

Key Duties:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support

Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Requirements:

Experience with SEN pupils (Early Years experience desirable)

Patient, empathetic, and reliable

DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Relevant TA or childcare qualifications preferred but not essentialAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION
