Role Overview

Pay rate: £90-£97 per day (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining positive classroom routines

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including children with SEND

Assist with learning activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a supportive learning environment

Adapt confidently to different schools, classes, and pupil needs

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school

Confidence supporting children of all abilities, including those with special educational needs

Strong communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills

Flexibility, reliability, and passion for helping children succeed
