About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the chance to gain varied experience across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, working in diverse and vibrant schools. This is the perfect opportunity if you enjoy flexibility, variety, and the chance to inspire young learners every day.

Each week, you can register your availability and be matched with schools that fit your schedule – ideal for balancing work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in the classroom.

• Assist teachers with daily lessons and classroom management.

• Provide encouragement, guidance, and tailored support to individual pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs.

• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in Primary Schools.

• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable.

• Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for education.

• Enjoys adapting to different school settings and building positive relationships quickly.
