About the Role:

* Lead and manage the department to ensure excellence in teaching, efficient resource utilization, and enhanced learning outcomes and achievement for all students.

* Teach across all age groups, KS3 - KS5

* Collaborate with subject staff to design, implement, and refine schemes of work that align with key school learning strategies.

* Monitor teaching and learning, tracking student progress to ensure all learners, including those needing extra support or greater challenge, are engaged and achieving their potential.

* Lead curriculum development to deliver a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective programme that meets student needs.

About You:

* Obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Evidence of high level classroom skills.
