A well–established and nurturing alternative provision in Chesterfield (S41) is seeking committed and compassionate Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistants to join their dedicated team.

Provide tailored one–to–one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.Support pupils' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans.Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies.About You
Experience in SEN settings, alternative provision, PRUs, or youth support rolesStrong behaviour management skills and emotional resilienceA calm, compassionate, and adaptable approachConfident working independently and as part of a teamWhy Long Term Futures
