Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviour

Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs

Be calm, resilient, and supportive, especially when working with challenging behaviour

Show strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to the progress and wellbeing of each pupil
