We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team where inclusion, individual progress and student wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Develop and deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists, SENCO) to support development.Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting strategies as needed.Foster independence, confidence and self-esteem in every learner. About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.Has a deep understanding of a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD).Demonstrates creativity, patience and resilience in their teaching approach.Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Is an excellent communicator and team player.
