This warm and welcoming school supports pupils aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition and behavioural needs, and is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic individuals to join their dedicated team.

Available Vacancies

Classroom Support Assistant

Days: Tuesdays and Fridays

Role: General classroom support across key stages, helping students engage with learning and supporting the teaching team

1:1 Learning Support Assistant (x2 roles)

Days: Monday to Friday

Role: One-to-one support for pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop social skills, and access learning through positive behaviour strategies

Ideal for: Individuals with a nurturing approach and a passion for personalised support

A Day in the Life

Whether you're supporting a whole class or working one-on-one, you'll be part of a team that helps students thrive. You'll collaborate with caring teachers and tutors, celebrate small wins, and create safe, engaging spaces for learning and growth.

What We're Looking For

A kind heart, patient mindset, and collaborative attitude

GCSE Maths & English (grade C or level 4)

Previous experience is a bonus-but if you're new and passionate, we'll support your journey

A resilient and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs

The Details

Hours:

Full-time roles: 08:30-16:30 (Mon-Tue), 08:30-16:00 (Wed-Thu), 08:30-15:00 (Fri) - Hours may vary slightly

Part-time role: Tuesdays and Fridays only Schedule: Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

Hourly rate: Starting at £13.96

Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire (transport links available)

Contract: Temp-to-Perm
