Start date: ASAP

Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 - 16:00, term time only

Unique School Solutions are supporting a through school in the S2 area of Sheffield to appoint a Slovakian speaking Teaching Assistant. The role will involve supporting students across Key Stages 2-4, where English is their second language. Working alongside teachers and the Senior Leadership Team, you will help students develop their English alongside their education. The job is to start ASAP and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential requirements for the role:

* Previous experience working with children who speak little/no English

* Strong behaviour management skills

* The ability to build rapport with young learners

* The ability to work under the direction of the class teacher as well as using own initiative
