Rate: £90-£105 per day

Aspire People are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SENTA) for a full-time position in a primary school based in Leicester (LE3). This is a long-term role offering a competitive daily rate of £90-£105, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will play a key role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet individual needs.

Support the emotional, social, and academic development of the children.

Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.

Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all children can thrive.

Essential Requirements:

Experience working in a SEN or teaching assistant role in the UK.

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).

A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

A caring, patient, and proactive attitude with the ability to engage children.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Please Note: This is a full-time role, so only apply if you are available for the entire duration of the placement.
