Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic school environment?

We are seeking a confident, skilled, and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a well-established school in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with classroom experience to contribute meaningfully to pupil progress and help shape a positive learning environment.

About the Role:

You will be supporting teaching staff across a range of subjects and year groups, working both with whole classes and in targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions. Your experience will enable you to take initiative, manage classroom routines effectively, and provide tailored support to pupils with diverse needs - including those with SEND or EAL, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils

*

Help plan and deliver targeted interventions to support learning progress

*

Support pupils with varying needs, including SEN, behaviour, or English as an additional language

*

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

*

Monitor pupil progress and report observations to the class teacher

*

Contribute to classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting

Relevant qualifications

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

*

A proactive, flexible, and professional approach

*

Enhanced DBS check
