About You:

We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about supporting learners with high needs. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience supporting students with PMLD or SLD, ideally in a special school or SEND provision

A confident, calm, and compassionate approach

The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and families

A proactive mindset and a commitment to inclusive practice

Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries

In-date Moving and Handling training – this is essential for this role

Supportive school leadership and a dedicated, inclusive team

Ongoing CPD and access to specialist training

A role where no two days are the same – and every achievement matters
