This nurturing school focuses on creating a positive and therapeutic setting where every pupil can thrive both academically and emotionally. We are now seeking a passionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team and help make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.

The Role:

Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assisting in delivering tailored learning activities in line with individual EHCPs

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapy teams

Helping to create a calm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (Autism, ADHD, or complex needs)

A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Experience in a school, special school, or alternative provision (desirable but not essential)
