Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or similar setting (preferred)

A calm, nurturing, and patient approach

Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
