SEND teaching assistant

Description

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated candidates to join our support and care team in Harrow. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and who hold the following training and certifications:

*

Team Teach Training / De-escalation and Management of Challenging Behaviour

*

Medication Management and Administration – Theory & Practical

*

Asthma / Inhaler – Theory & Practical

*

Epilepsy / Buccal Midazolam – Theory & Practical

*

Anaphylaxis / Epi-Pen – Theory & Practical

*

Manual Handling (including Hoisting) – Practical

*

Additional training such as PEG Feeding and other relevant care qualifications is desirable.

Location: Harrow

*

Start Date: September

*

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Candidate Requirement

Applicants must have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a DBS before the interview.
