teach195. are actively looking for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistants in Middleton. This position plays a vital role in offering assistance to students with a range of learning needs across different Secondary Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Tailored Learning Support: Collaborate closely with schools to provide one-on-one and small group support, tailoring learning experiences to cater to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEND, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom environment.

* Building Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional well-being and helping to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

* Empowering Student Confidence: Work attentively to build trust and rapport with students, providing not just academic support but also emotional encouragement to foster a sense of belonging and confidence in their abilities.

Requirements:

* Experience working with students with SEND in a school setting is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
