Are you passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as SEND Teaching Assistants, working with pupils aged 11-16 who require additional support to thrive in their education.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships. You'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special education needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Help pupils build trust and develop meaningful relationships.

Support students both in the classroom and during outreach activities.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective support strategies are in place.

Inspire and mentor young people to help them reach their full potential.What We're Looking For:

Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs.
