SEND Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference

The Role

* Location: Swadlincote (Village School, OFSTED Outstanding)

* Position: Full-Time (Term-Time Only)

* Contract: Permanent

* Salary: £20,500 - £21,550

* Start Date: ASAP

Your role? To support children with special educational needs—emotionally, socially, and academically. You’ll be right there with them in sensory rooms, specialist therapy spaces, and alongside experienced support workers and professionals who share your passion for making a difference.
