This is a great opportunity for anyone with experience supporting young people –whether through youth clubs, sports, outreach work, or alternative education.

About the Role:

As a SEND LSA, you ll help students manage their emotions, build confidence, and get back on track with learning.

You ll work with teachers and support staff to help children who find behaviour, social skills, or emotions challenging.

Supporting children 1:1Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingBuilding trusting relationships with pupilsHelping students overcome challenges to learningWorking with school staff to provide the right support What We re Looking For:
