SEND Teaching Assistant – EYFS

Location: Central Doncaster

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Start Date: 3rd November 2025

Hours: Full-time

About the Role:

Provide Education is supporting a friendly primary school in central Doncaster to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children with speech, language and communication needs, helping them to develop essential skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

You will be working with children at nursery level, either 1:1 or in small groups, providing targeted support to help them engage, interact, and progress. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys supporting children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children with speech, language and communication needs in EYFS.

*

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs.

*

Work closely with class teachers, SENDCos, and support staff to implement individualised learning plans.

*

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

*

Support the development of communication, social and early learning skills.
