Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant

Location: Croydon, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only (Academic Year until 24th July 2026)

Pay: £90 – £95 per day (PAYE)

An outstanding specialist Secondary School in Croydon is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged 11–19 with ASD in a nurturing, inclusive and supportive school environment.

Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive classroom culture

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience supporting children or young people with ASD/additional needs (desirable but not essential)

*

A patient, empathetic and resilient approach

*

A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people to reach their potential

*

Reliability and commitment to supporting the full academic year
