About the Role

Remedy Tutors are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a home setting in Wiltshire.

This is a morning-only role mainly (3 hours per day), ideal for candidates looking for consistent, part-time work while making a meaningful difference.

The student is in year 7 currently, but working at a KS1 Level

What You'll Be Doing

Provide targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Assist in delivering engaging, structured learning activitiesSupport children with:Autism (ASC)SEMH needsLearning difficultiesHelp manage behaviour and support emotional regulationWork closely with teachers and SEN staffFollow EHCP targets and individual support plans Working Pattern

Monday to FridayMorning hours mostly (approx. 3 hours per day)Based in a home setting in Wiltshire What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience working with children with SENPrevious role as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or similarIdeally a Teaching Assistant qualification2 years experience in Teaching Assistants2 years SEN ExperiencePatient, proactive, and adaptable approachStrong communication skills
